Sep 7, 2009 - “He, in his developed manhood, stood A little sunburnt by the glare of life; While I, it seemed no sun had shone on me”

This is going to be short update as there is not much activities going on. We started our first lesson on BPE and went for university tour. The sun was blazingly hot and the temperature was around 37 degree celcius. In addition to that, we need to walk quite a distance from each blocks. Here are some shots for today events, More photos on my facebook link :http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=108488&id=614218192&l=ed3a135f06

Reflection: I realise to do well in our study is not based on how smart were born but instead it is based on the willingness to learn. By looking at the classroom around the university, i just realise that their study environment was not as comfortable compared to Singapore. Despite this, The Chinese still study with all their might and they even write "Everything is possible" in the classroom board. This show how motivated they are to study and as Ngee Ann Representative i will put all my effort to learn everything i can.

Quote of the day: Once the amateur's naive approach and humble willingness to learn fades away, the creative spirit of good photography dies with it. Every professional should remain always in his heart an amateur. by Alfred Eisenstaedt
