Today is the day we finally get high! We woke up early in the morning and assembly up for some leadership activity. The first activity we played was the tribe games. We were supposed to form a tribe and choose a leader and four vice leaders. We asked KC to make a flag for us and it turn out to be wonderful flag. Our tribe group theme was dragon! Our group consist of 21 members (21 guns!) and we got our newspaper accessory. Our leader Xanier got the best newspaper accessory. It consists of plate mail and a wizard’s hat. After we done preparing our tribe’s equipment, we were suppose to perform an act. The act goes like this: Daniel, a big bad monster come to disturb our village. Xanier the hero come and save the village from Daniel. After the skit, we assemble up to proceed to the next activity. Here are some photos of the tribe game:

After the tribe game, we went for some rock climbing action! I cannot determine whether it is lucky or unlucky because I got the first turn in rock climbing. I unable to reach the top as I do not possess a good arm and leg power however it was a good attempt. Here are some photos of the rock climbing:

The rock climbing exhausts a lot of our energy hence it is time for us to eat our lunch. After our lunch, we went for another team bonding activity. This time, the game was similar like scissor, paper, and stone but instead of it, we were using mouse, tiger and elephant. The hierarchy system goes by this: Mouse <>

Reflection: I think today activity really test our courage to the limit. I believe that courage is one of the most important factors in leadership. With enough courage, you will be able to voice out your opinion to the rest of the team. As a team leader, you must be able to analyze the situation more calmly and should not panic. With courage, you will be able to have more self-confident in what you are doing. Hence, I believe that courage is essential factor needed to be a great leader.
